Once you have picked out land in Milford for your house, we will get together to design your house. If you are building a semi-custom house, we will offer you an array of floor plans that are suitable for your lot. You can then choose the features and finishes for your house. Once construction is complete, we will do a final walkthrough and orientation where we will go through punch list items and give you a chance to add to that list of final items to finish. When all punch list items are complete, then the closing will occur. The closing is a necessary legal step to transfer the title of the property to you as the homeowner. At the end of the closing, you will get the keys to your Milford custom home – and can move into your brand-new house.

Located in both Kent and Sussex Counties, Milford is a city of 11,190 people. It is one of the older cities in Delaware, first settled in the late 1600s. The city of Milford was officially incorporated in 1807.
